Specialist Caseworker

Olivia joined the firm in 2024, she works as a Specialist Caseworker in the Leeds office and works closely with James McAulay. Olivia started the Legal Practice Course in September 2025 to become a solicitor, she completed her Law Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. As a Specialist Caseworker, Olivia liaises with the relevant Police, Barristers, and Solicitors to ensure that clients are kept up to date with the process. It is important they have a clear understanding on the steps being taken. Olivia prepares client’s cases through the investigation stages and assists with the preparation of cases for Court processes.

Alongside James, Olivia is a point of contact for clients and their family to offer support and provide assistance. Olivia is in contact with specific organisations to ensure that clients have external options to receive help during the process. She works as part of a team of Specialist Caseworkers, who all strive to provide a service tailored to the client’s welfare.
